SHIPPING/DELIVERY INFO: All orders up to five items are $8.95 within the continental U.S. via UPS or USPS. Free shipping on orders over $69.00. Orders are processed within 48 hours or sooner (not including weekends or holidays) and are shipped ground. Ground deliveries generally take 4-8 business days depending on what part of the country.

CANADA: Shipped via UPS Standard Canadian. Shipping costs are a flat rate $20.95 for all orders up to five items. Additional items $1.25 each. We reserve the right to add shipping charges for orders over 8lbs and reserve the right to charge actual shipping costs. To reduce costs, we my ship USPS, UPS or FedEx. Delivery time is generally 6-12 business days. Free shipping does not apply.

INTERNATIONAL: Sorry at the time we do not offer International Shipping. We expect to change this policy in the very near future to accomidate our international clients.

P.O. BOXES: Sorry, for security reasons we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a residential or business address where shipment can be accepted. No exceptions.

 

APO ADDRESSES: As a service to our military personal we will ship to APO address. Additional information will be needed and additional shipping time will be required.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION: Please note: We reserve the right to ask the customer for additional information prior to shipping if the billing address of the customer does not match the billing address on the credit card used. If the customer is unable to verify the correct billing address, name and/or phone number for the billing address, we reserve the right not to ship the merchandise or process the order. PAYMENT METHOD: We accept VISA, Discovery, American Express and MASTERCARD only. Sales tax is not charged except on applicable items shipped within the state of Virginia. Your credit card will be processed once your order has been recieved. If an item is on backorder, we will issue credit until item is ready to ship. Web Fashion, LLC will be the billing entry on credit card statements. We DO NOT Accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders or any other forms of payments.

 

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY: Shop The Lingerie Store will gladly exchange or refund items within 5 days of delivery for items new with tags still in place. Worn, solid, panties and thongs cannot be returned for health reasons.  In order to get proper credit, customers must call 540-520-7126 for a RGA number. You MUST email us your tracking number as part of proper documentation. Please allow up to four weeks for processing. To keep our cost merchandise cost low, you will be required to pay return shipping cost.

ATTENTION: Please include any instructions you have for any exchanges. Also, please call us to provide us with your your credit card number for proper credit (we destroy all numbers once the order has been initially processed.) You will not incur any additional return (shipping to you) shipping charges with exchanges of damage products.

Please note, if merchandise is damaged, worn, tags missing, or stained, no credit will be given.
